What we collect

When you request an estimate, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, town or ZIP code, project type, and anything else you choose to send, such as an email address, a message or a photo.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about your project and to prepare your estimate. We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

How it's stored

Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and may be delivered to our business email. We keep project information as needed to respond, carry out requested work and maintain appropriate business records. Hosting and email providers help us process this information.

Our hosting provider may also process connection information, such as IP addresses, request times and pages requested, to operate and protect the site.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not install analytics, advertising cookies or social tracking scripts. Fonts and project photos are hosted with this site. Navigation and estimate forms do not require optional tracking consent.

When you choose “Essential only” in the privacy notice, we save a preference called patio-plus:privacy:v1 in your browser's local storage. It records that optional tracking is off and when you saved that choice. It contains no contact details, is not submitted with estimate requests and remains until you clear your browser storage. If storage is unavailable, the website still works.

Keeping your information safe

Use the secure HTTPS website to send project details. Please do not send payment card numbers, identification documents or other sensitive records through the estimate form. Contact us directly if your project requires private documents.
